For who?
For the individual, couple, group or company that needs
a break;
Whether you go out to work for a living or are at home
looking after the family we are all prone to the pressures
of stress, it is inevitable that if we ignore the problems
that stress can cause that it can effect us in many negative
ways.
Of course a little stress is good for us as it stimulates
us to rise to challenges, but in today’s modern world
stress is becoming more and more of a constant norm for
a majority of people and it’s this constant pressure
that can cause problems. If this is happening to you and
you are finding yourself unhappy in the way stress is affecting
you it’s time to do something about it.
If one does not reduce this pressure it will be inevitable
that you will suffer from ill health long term. You become,
tired, irritable, depressed, it can bring on heart related
dieses, high blood pressure and make you more inefficient
in your family and work life.
