Pat Falvey is Ireland's leading team trainer and motivational speaker as well as being a world-renowned adventurer and explorer. His achievements to date are an inspiration to all.

 Niall Foley Office

Niall Foley is Expedition Communications Co-ordinator and also Pat Falvey's personal Assistant. With a background in multimedia and video, Niall develops graphics for Pat's lecture tours and keeps abreast of the latest communications technology.

Niall was responsible for establishing and co-ordinating communications for the Irish Everest Expedition 2004, Beyond Endurance Antarctic Expeditions 2006/2007. Nila has also been a cameraman for all of the expedition led by Pat. Niall is a native of Killarney County Kerry.

Gerry Walsh Walking and trekking

Corkman Gerry Welsh is a senior trekking guide. Commonly known around Cork as 'Doctor Volvo', Jerry is a professional mechanic as well as an outdoor pursuits enthusiast. Jerry guides international treks to Africa, Russia and Nepal, as well as walking pursuits here at home.

In 1999, deeply affected by the atrocities being committed in Kosovo, Jerry enlisted with GOAL in an attempt to rebuild the country's shattered infrastructure. Since then he has worked tirelessly with GOAL, particularly in troubled regions of Africa, including Sierra Leone, Mozambique, Kenya, Sudan, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Angola and Ethiopia.

Joe O'Leary Walking and trekking

Joe O'Leary from Blarney, Co. Cork is a senior trekking guide, frequently leading treks to Nepal, Russia and Africa, as well as acting as our chief walking guide in Ireland.

Joe is true lover of the landscape, culture and customs of Ireland. He enjoys spending time with clients, explaining the uniqueness of our Irish history and traditions.

Joe has a deep interest in the history, archaeology and geology of the Irish landscape. He has long been involved in uncovering the history of allied and axis air disasters in the mountains of Cork and Kerry during the Second World War as well as lecturing extensively on local history and the origins of man.

Catherine McGeachy Skills and team building

Author of 'Spiritual Intelligence in the Workplace', Catherine McGeachy focuses on the importance of finding motivation and meaning in life in the face of long working hours, company down-sizing and closures.

According to Catherine, attitude change, personal empowerment, stress management and team building are the cornerstones of a successful relationship between employer and employee.

A native of Scotland, Catherine has resided in Ireland for almost 25 years. She has lectured in the University of Limerick and has acted as Counsellor for the Open University's Open Business School.
