See where you stand before a high altitude trek or climb…..Test the strength of your mind and body!

The aim of this camp is to simulate the physical and mental requirement on an expedition with us, whether it is Kilimanjaro in Africa, Mount Elbrus in Russia or Aconcagua in South America, You will experience a typical day on one of these treks, from the time you wake to the time you go to sleep. Both days simulate the physical and mental aspects of an expedition through trekking on varied terrain. At night we return to a campsite near our lodge where we simulate the camp layout you will encounter while on the expediton and its routine. We highly recommend this training camp if you plan to complete a trek abroad. Our fitness professionals will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
